  • Ordering
    How can I place an order?

    1.1 Online

    You can see our products categories via our online store or you can search for products using the "Search" tool bar. Please note that all prices shown are in Euros and are exclusive of VAT.

    If Ordering as a professional or for team orders please choose the ‘Clinic Supplies & Equipment’ or ‘Sports Medicine & Performance’ site. You will be required to register and then you are able to purchase. Registration is free. This will allow you access to wholesale pricing on many of our products.

    For existing customers we can automatically register an account for you if you wish and you can then modify to your own account settings. Please advise us via sales@sportsphysio.ie if you would like us to set up an account.

    Once you have registered with us, you can manage your details, keep track of your favorite products and review your previous orders. You will also be kept up to date with any new product information and be kept informed of the frequent OFFER’s that we run.

    We aim to display the widest range of products available in the market.  However if there is something that you need that you don’t see please contact us, as we will be able to help you.

    If ordering as a Patient or Player please choose the ‘Patient / Player Products’ site. You are not required to register to order on this site. We strongly recommend that you receive a referral for any of our products from your Physio or Medical professional in advance of purchasing. Please note our Terms & Conditions here in this regard. Please ensure to fill in the referral section as you complete your order.

    1.3 Email

    Orders can be emailed to sales@sportsphysio.ie. Please ensure you provide the following information when ordering by email.

    1. - Your Invoice Name and Address
    2. - Your Delivery address if different to Invoice address
    3. - Your contact no so that we can call you to process payment and also to pass to our courier to make contact with you for delivery.
    4. - Product Name and ideally the order no. from our website or your catalog and quantities required.

    We will contact you in advance of shipping to confirm your order and arrange payment.

    1.4 Fax

    Orders can be placed via fax on 062-69100

    Please ensure you provide the following information when ordering by fax

    1. - Your Invoice Name and Address
    2. - Your Delivery address if different to Invoice address
    3. - Your contact no so that we can call you to process payment and also to pass to our courier to make contact with you for delivery.
    4. - Product Name and ideally the order no. from our website or your catalog and quantities required.

    We will contact you in advance of shipping to confirm your order and arrange payment.

Do website prices include VAT?

Website prices shown are exclusive of VAT but also show price inclusive of VAT. VAT is added where applicable in the shopping cart. Some products such as majority of bracing and supports are VAT exempt products and these are indicated on these items.

Is there a Minimum order Qty?

No we don’t set a minimum order quantity on orders.

However in many cases we do offer a bulk discount when you order a certain amount of a particular product. E.g. ordering a box qty of taping or if you order 5 or more Orthopaedic supports will generate a bulk discount price.

How Long does delivery take?

We hold good stock levels in particular of the most popular items so that we can delivery your orders in a fast manner.

For orders placed before 2.30pm we aim to provide next day delivery provided the items ordered are in stock. You will be advised if items aren't in stock as to the leadtime for delivery.

The majority of locations in Ireland are covered with a next day delivery service by our courier partner. There are a small minority of locations that operate on a 2 day delivery service.

For orders outside of Ireland we will advise you of the delivery time in each case.

What if I can't find something I need?

If this happens please contact us on 062-77014 or sales@sportsphysio.ie. We have developed excellent sources across the world and will endeavour to source the product or solution you need.

Can I return/exchange a product that I've purchased?

Yes you can. If the product is returned in exactly the same condition and in the same packaging as it was sold, then we are happy to offer exchanges or a credit. If the product is faulty or the wrong product was sent, then we will accept the costs of returns and re-delivery, otherwise these costs are your responsiblity. Please contact us on 062-77014 before you send your returns so they may be tracked properly.

Can I save my regular/recurring items for quicker ordering?

Yes you can.

Does Sports Physio Supplies offer financing for clinical equipment?

We work with some leasing Partners who offer competitive terms to finance any equipment purchase. Financing your clinical equipment has great tax benefits as well as minimising the effect to your business cashflow. Please contact us and we can pass you their details directly
