Athlete Home Training Kit
Ideal kit that can be used at home to help maintain condition and fitness when not possible to get to the gym.
- 0.5” Powerband loop – great for resisting your compound exercises e.g push ups, bench press, squat etc.
- Mini bands for activation and strengthening with huge range of functionality. The bands are Perform Better brand so will last and hold their elasticity and retractability and wont loose these features.
- Slide Pads excellent for core work and Postural stability, upper and lower body workout etc.
- Lacrosse ball for Myofascial Release in between sessions or any trigger point work. Ball can also be used as a brilliant reaction ball for hand to eye co-ordination work

Due to our Company gym temporarily closing because of the Covid-19 restrictions and for good reason, the gym club committee decided to look into ‘A Home Training Kit’ for all of our 145 members so it can be used in the safety of their home.
The committee felt that due to the unusual circumstance we’re in and not knowing for how long the decision to purchase was necessary for each member to continue with light exercises in the safety of their home and maintain a good level of fitness when they all return to the gym.
