The Gripper 12" Hinged Knee Brace with aluminum hinges aids in the treatment of MCL and LCL sprains. Used post-operatively or during sports to provide medial & lateral stability & to protect against hyperextension of the knee. A patch of Skinloc material lining the inside of the brace grips the proximal end of the calf (gastrocnemius) muscle to prevent the brace from sliding down the leg.
