Premium speed belt system that improves sprinting, leaping and directional quickness, preparing athletes for any situation. This is arguably the best Quality Belt system available. Hand sewn and manufactured in the US. Well padded, extremely strong and robust, Belt has 3 stationary rings, 1 on each hip and one at the back.
The main advantage over regular waist straps is the additional rotating ring on the belt which can rotate around the belt almost 360 degrees. This allows the the athlete to quickly change direction & also moves the athlete quickly between resistance and assistance modes. For example athlete can be running forward and quickly change to sidewards mode without adjusting the belt, Includes a 2.4m (8ft) sheathed flexicord that safely stretches to 6m.

The set also includes an attachment handle/safety belt on the other end of the flexicord for the training partner to hold.
