Indications of the AirXtend Ankle Support
The AirXtend Ankle Support is designed to provide relief from pain that occurs as a result of injury to the ankle area. This is likely to occur when the ankle is subject to frequent or extreme use, as it is when straining the foot or playing sports such as football or hockey.
The support will retain heat at the point of injury to increase blood flow and oxygen to the damaged tissue, which in turn quickens the rate of recovery. Keeping the ankle support at hand when carrying out these activities will provide peace of mind that relief from unexpected pain can be received at a moment's notice.
Designed with Specialist Fabric
The AirXtend Ankle Support is made from materials that offer specific healing properties for the affected area. The combination of Airprene neoprene and Coolmax provides a comfortable support that does not hinder the wearer's movement. Airprene is a closed cell synthetic rubber with perforations which provide compression while increasing ventilation. This will reduce skin irritation to enable the ankle support to be worn for longer periods of time.
As the Coolmax lining moves perspiration away from the body, it keeps the skin feeling cooler and therefore more comfortable. This removal of moisture will also help to improve hygiene, further enabling the ankle support to offer support during prolonged wear.
Adjustable and Improved Support
The ankle support is available in one size to fit most, which eliminates the need to worry about obtaining the correct measurements. Additionally, it includes adjustable tension straps that reduce bunching and slippage. The fasteners can also be altered to provide controlled levels of compression to best suit the wearer.
The Vulkan AirXtend Ankle Support can be hand washed in between use to ensure it is always ready for when you need it most.
