We would recommend also considering some additional supplies that will be needed to replenish regularly and have listed these additional items below that you can consider getting so that you can quickly replenish the kits.

Please also Note the Standard refills now do not include Cold spray or heat sprays as they are advised against in particular for younger ages. If you are purchasing this kit for older age groups we've included the cold spray and Deep heat rub as optional extras that you can purchase with the kit.
